The fit was smaller than a previous tshirt id bought at the same size

The fit was smaller than a previous tshirt id bought at the same size, when I opened the bag it was in the tshirt had a really horrible smell to it which required a couple of washes to get rid of, not sure if it was just the packaging used? I contacted Broken Society asking if I could change the tshirt to the size up, they agreed that’d be fine. I had to pay postage to return it and it took awhile before I received the replacement. The customer service was helpful and replied quickly when I queries why my replacement hadn’t been sent out yet they’d received the one back id sent.
