Birds & Beasts

Our Birds & Beasts collection covers the corner of the archive where the animals live. Swallows and ravens, panthers and wolves, snakes and serpents, butterflies and moths, cats and dogs, the occasional koi. The motifs tattoo culture has been working with for centuries. All hand-drawn by our in-house artists.
